Since the middle of October, we have had 17 inches of snow. Yes. That's right. 17 inches. Crazy, I know. We usually have such brilliant Indian summers and this fall, the poor leaves have died of shock on the trees and turned from green to a disgusting, puckering brown color. (They have, however, fallen to the ground just as usual. Ask my husband. Or maybe not. Sore subject every year.)
As I'm a pathetically slow blog post-er, I didn't get a chance to share some of my lovely fall pics of the kids.
So now . . . tah-dah!
Yep - that's a pretty sweet leaf! :-)
Time for more woodwork . . . there's just such an awful lot for a little boy to put up. A guy's work is never done!
And speaking of work . . . unfortunately, that's only one tiny bit of the lawn. (See what I mean by sore subject? I made the untimely mistake of wishing for a peach tree next year during this particular photo shoot - no need to explain further.)
And then snow. I actually love snow, though, and while it appears it may be a long winter, right now I'm loving all the white stuff.
